Ingredients

  • 42 grams ( 1.5 Servings ) Almonds
  • – 42 grams ( 1.5 Servings ) Walnuts
  • – 120 grams ( 3 Servings ) 100% Whole Grain Old Fashion Oats Quaker
  • – 35 grams ( 2.5 Servings ) Dark Chocolate Morsels Nestle
  • – 1 Whole Large Egg
  • – 138 grams ( 3 Servings ) Egg Whites Egg Makers
  • – 75 grams ( 3 Scoops ) Protein Powder Of Your Choice
  • – 36 grams ( 3 Servings ) PB2 Peanut Butter Powder
  • – 30 grams ( 1.5 Servings ) Pure Natural Local Honey

Protein Cookie Recipe Instructions

Step 1: Gathering & Measuring Ingredients

 Get all of the ingredients listed above and any other delicious and nutritious ingredients that you want to add and measure them all out.

Step 2: Making The Protein Bar Batter

Once all of those yummy and healthy ingredients are measured out it is time to mix the batter for this healthy treat. Chop up the almonds and walnuts and add them to the mixing bowl. Then toss in the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl except the dark chocolate morsels. Once everything is in the mixing bowl just give it a good stir until it is all one consistency like a batter.

Step 3: Cooking This Healthy Treat

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Get a 11in. x 9in. cooking pan and spray it with the non stick cooking spray of your choice. Then pour the batter that is all mixed up into the pan and spread it evenly across the entirety of the cooking pan. Once the oven is to 350 degrees place the pan into the oven and let the magic happen.

Step 4: Adding The Chocolate Chips To The Treat

After the protein bars have been in the oven for approximately 12 minutes, remove the pan from the oven. Take the dark chocolate chips from step 1 and evenly disperse them on top of the bars. Then place the pan back in the oven.

After approximately 5 minutes remove the pan from the oven and cut the bars into 10 evenly size bars. Let them cool off just a little and thank me later!
